After waiting a long time to get to the window to order, everything that we asked for, we were told that they were out of.... Finally, they said they had oreos, so I asked them to add peanut butter cups. We paid for them but they weren't added. Then theyforgot 2 of our Blizzards and we had to wait for those. If I could give this place a zero I would. I asked for 2 cookie dough blizzards. They were very runny and extremely soft so I... asked for my money back or an exchange of a cone. They said it was runny because of the hot fudge but that?s lie because I get aCooke dough blizzard all the time. There was no manager around and nothing but kids working there. Even my 4 year old daughtercomplained about how melted it was before she ate it. The fact that they wouldn?t even exchange it for something else is thereason I won?t come back to this DQ. Read more

The beach was nice and in the area this is in has so much potential. With the right customer service training for the employees.... My family and I where heading home that was almost two hour drive but wanted to get something sweet for the road. To start of itwas only cash and the atm was down they didn?t let us know until later after we where struggling for a few minute, thankfully wehad cash. Right from the start I noticed how they treated other guest politely like customer service should be. When it was ourturn to go up and order as soon as I started ordering you could tell how quick short and snappy the cashier was. She kept asking?is that it? quick after each other. We where ordering for seven people and she asked the same thing every time , to the pointwhere my aunt had the stop her and tell her we are ordering for seven people and she just rolled her eyes and kept put in ourorders in to the register. Every cup was slammed on the counter never turned upside down. We could not ask for any extratoppings and I think the lady was was the manager said no loud when we asked for some. I started getting annoyed and told her wewould pay extra and it was still a no. we asked for banana sundae which I?ve ordered a Dairy Queen before and know what it?ssupposed to look like but what I got was a cup of vanilla ice cream with half a banana cut into fourths. When I said that?s notwhat I wanted the cashier acted like she couldn?t understand me. I?m Hispanic but I know for sure i do not have and accent, Idon?t know if she did it to mock me she even stuck he head out and said repeat that one more time. Took the whole family to DQ at White Lake and the ice cream started mllting from the time I touched it. It got all over me and... the children, and we took what was left to the house and put in freezer. Really no excuse for this as the blizzards were notturned over because they would have fallen out. I will not stop going to DQ at my hometown areas because they do it right, butwe will not be returning to White Lake DQ. Read more
