I?ve been a loyal customer for over five years since I?ve moved back around, and spent about $100 a month. The customer service... and the quality of the food has gone to complete trash. Have any issues? The manager will not speak with you, or try to resolvethem. Save yourself some time and go get a frozen pizza. Read more
Took over an hour to get my pizza after ordering on line. Workers lied to me at the window. If you were having issues at least... just be honest with me. Read more
They take too long to prepare mediocre items. Not to mention how they don?t listen to instructions. If your in the area and want... pizza, go to Pizza Hut instead. Read more
We ordered a delivery, waited over an hour for it. I called they said they had the address wrong but didn't call back to correct... it. I called them and back to reorder, but another hour and no show.the 3rd time that I called, I was told the delivery guy hadgone home and we would have to pick it up After waiting over 2 hours we went to pick it up and it was not what we ordered. Theymade a 4th pizza and got back to our room By that time. We had spent 3 hrs waiting on the pizza. Plus, the delivery guys werestill there and she had told me they all went home. Do not order from this dominos because the night crew is incompetent and don't know what they are doing. We were given a free... pizza on credit but, the manager could not honor the discount once we tried to get it. Never again. Read more
We found a piece of plastic baked into our pizza and it cut my daughters mouth, so I took it back to the store and they laughed.... They offered me a free pizza the next time, but they never asked if she was ok. Read more
Domino's charges a delivery fee plus tip. I won't be ordering anymore. Higher gas prices are not my fault, so I should not be... charged for delivery. That's a service you provide to your customers. Sad, because I really like their pizza and order almostweekly. Read more
SLOW for it to be in a small town. It is unfortunate this Domino?s is one of two pizza restaurants that delivers.
