If you're planning on getting food here in Elizabethtown just skip it. This is the third time that I've rolled through to pick... up taco Bell and their " system is down ". I don't understand how you can be in business and keep having a system failure butstill have employees in the lights on. Read more

On 06/18/22 around 11 we were told by the drive-thru attendant there was a thirty minute wait, so being patient my husband and I... went back to out hotel with our children and went back 30 minutes later just to be told it would be a 30-45 minute wait. Funny.Real funny. Especially since my husband informed them they already told him that exactly 30 minutes ago. Odd thing is, as soonas he said that, the attendant said ?oh, what can I get you?. Just do better. I have no idea why they are deterring customerswith the idea they are out of food. Was not pleased overall. Read more

The only good thing I have to say is that the food we ordered tasted very good and was made correctly (excluding one burrito... being burnt). However, the service was TERRIBLE. We went through the drive thru and the entire 30 minutes we were there, we werethe only customers. We waited over 20 minutes for our food and were missing a whole meal so we informed them of that and then aworker tried to argue with us that she made it for us. Which I won't argue that she made it, but we never received it so then wewaited an additional 10 minutes for the order we were missing. They also made us pull forward, when again, we were the onlycustomers there (inside and outside). Overall good breakfast, very poor service. Read more

First thing I ordered which was showing on the screen prior to ordering my next item. Got to the pickup window and that item was... not in my order. I asked about it and was told that it wasn't on her list. I stated that it was the first thing I ordered and itshowed on the screen when I ordered it. She again said it wasn't on her screen. I then asked if I could get one and she said"yes but you'll have to get in line to order ". I then politely told her we would not be back and told her to have a blessedday. I keep my word, I will not return to the Taco Bell in Elizabethtown NC unless Taco Bell contacts me with a formal apology. We sometimes eating from there 3 times a week. Read more
