You know, I've been here twice in the past two years, and received similar luke-warm food and service. On both occasions, I was... on my way to a festival, on a tight schedule. The service was slow (for something called 'fast' food), and the food was warm atbest, either under or over cooked and warmed to room temperature. The managers were polite enough and accommodating when I askedfor changes, but I've been late to my festival two years in a row, and probably will try a different option next year. Sorry BK-still my favorite burgers, but this particular store has not been my favorite. Read more
