You know, I've been here twice in the past two years, and received similar luke-warm food and service. On both occasions, I was... on my way to a festival, on a tight schedule. The service was slow (for something called 'fast' food), and the food was warm atbest, either under or over cooked and warmed to room temperature. The managers were polite enough and accommodating when I askedfor changes, but I've been late to my festival two years in a row, and probably will try a different option next year. App messed up on my customization, so the friendly staff gave me bacon to put on the sandwich myself. Good tasting burger, but... wish I had gotten the burger as I ordered it with extra veggies etc.. Read more
Mount Joy Burger King is my go to for a vanilla ice cream cone. It tastes like homemade. It's more an ice milk but I love it.... Can't go wrong for $1 Read more

Service was ridiculously slow!!! our order was incorrect and served to us on a dirty tray when we were taken out anyway. the guy... taking our order was rude and clearly could care less about his job. Taken order go to the back to chat with his friends comeback out taken order 5 minutes between each order he took and there was A-line the entire time waiting on him. Our tray wasdirty because the order in front of us was also a take out and they put their fries and food on the tray and then when theypicked them up to put them in the bag for take out. there were still fries all over the tray that they then put my food on andhanded to me when I didn't even order any fries so my tray shouldn't have had fries on it at all. I really like Burger King, and really wish this location was more consistent with the burgers they turn out because some times... they're really good, but the other day I was disgusted with the food I was served. I understand working in a fast food storeisn't the best gig, but PLEASE try to take a little pride in the food you turn out! Why don't you people care? Do you think it'sfunny serving horrible food to people? I order a Big Fish (big mistake lol) and I had to stop after the first bite because itwas repulsive. Old fish patty, the sauce tasted rancid, soggy pickles, absolutely disgusting. And the bacon whopper I ordered,so sad... perhaps you should allow the customers to hop in the kitchen to make their own food, because I KNOW I could assemble awhopper better. This location has no consistency, because the other month I ordered a couple ChiKings and they were fantastic!!I keep trying to convince my fiance that BK isn't that bad, but this location is even testing my faith in BK. Notice in mypicture the Bacon King... look at that assembly! The bacon is laughable! And my big fish... to think some poor fish died toproduce this thing... I don't write this review to be rude, I write it because I'm upset, I love BurgerKing, and because I feellike I was being insulted by being served such poorly prepared food. I've work in fast food before, it's easy to get stressedout, it's not a fun job a lot of the time, customers are rude and disrespectful, I get that this is just a job for many. What a joke, worst bk I've ever been too. Decided to be brave and try the impossible whopper. Pic included. The only thing... impossible is how this franchise hadn't been taken over corporate.
