This was the burger I waited 20 minutes for. Did the mobile order and watched the drive through flow while I sat there. Couldn't... even get the cheese on the burger and it's cold. Only 2 strips of bacon paid for 3 next to no ketchup and no mustard and maybe 5onions. Really? Read more
Really nice Employees right now. They messed up two of our Big Macs and the lady was really nice about it. They remade them... fresh and they gave us two fresh fries as an extra. Thank you to whoever that lady was and the employees there. Read more
This place is a total mess and pictured is the type of food they produce.
Newly rebuilt store with better traffic flow. Decided to dine in. Used the kiosk to order. Had to ask for receipt. With the... rebuild of store a drink service area to get refills is no longer offered. Service to delivery pickup and drive through seemsthe priority. Read more
Love the overnight manager at this store. She reminds me of a no bs boss and gets it done. I love when I come for a delivery and... rather than wait for the order ahead of mine to be done, a few times, they handed me the order at the pay window. That justmakes sense (please share with Franklin Street in Lancaster- their shady ways do not work) Read more
I ordered the large 2 cheeseburger meal with a sweet tea. The burgers were amazing they added the extra ketchup like I asked. I... asked for fries with no salt... And usually that means they make a new batch of fries (I've worked fast food) and my fries werestill cold. My sweet tea was an unsweet tea. Read more
We stop here for a quick bite via drive thru before heading back on the turnpike. The chicken inside the bun was cold and tasted... funky but the bun was flaming hot. We were afraid to eat the sandwiches. The fries were ok. Coffee we ordered with sugar did nothave any sugar in them. The service was fast and the employees are super nice. Read more
Absolutely awful management. Food is usually a 4/10 and expect to wait at least 30-45 minutes if inside. Drive through orders... often get messed up and take a while as well. Cmon Mcdanks do better. Read more
