Sign was in the window before I entered that customer needs to be patient ... due to short staffing. Yet , I obtained order... within a reasonable time frame. Unknown female staffer greeted me without a smile and told me that paper - based coupon wouldn'twork except if it was on - line order ( which is -- generally stated on coupon and wasn't there ). Absolutely excellent service. I ordered a lot of stuff and unlike other Pizza places in the area I actually received everything... I ordered. Everything was hot and delicious and the drinks were cold and refreshing. The delivery driver was so nice. He waspatient while I made sure I had everything I ordered. He deserves a raise. Read more
I ordered 2 pizzas from the elizabethtown location last night. The delivery driver delivered our pizza to the wrong address.... After calling in I was told that the person that took my order put in the wrong address and that I should just walk up thestreet and get my pizzas. Then for 5 minutes the manager threatened me, cursed at me and told me I'm not aloud to order fromthem again which I will NEVER order from them again! And yes I had to walk up the street and get my pizza pizzas 2 blocksaway.JUST HORRIBLE!! Read more
Every time I visit this location, the staff have been so attentive, polite, and friendly! I ordered on the app a couple of... hours in advance, and when I arrived at my requested pickup time, my food was hot and freshly made! All items were correct. Read more
Id love to leave a review on the pizza but since it never showed up I guess ill write this review based on service. I placed my... order online at 4:30 to have it delivered to my work so I could eat it during my dinner break. When I placed the order it said25-35 minutes. At 5:20 I called the store just for an update. The guy on the phone said it was leaving right now. 5:45 rollsaround. No food. Break is over. No dinner. I called the store to cancel my order. Papa John's has great pizza. Had (thought) I placed two separate online orders for pick up. Apparently the website has a... provision in place to help you not place duplicate orders and the second order had an additional button on the website I had toclick which I failed to. However, when I went to pick up the orders and they only had one ready, they took my second orderhonoring the online discount code I told them I had used. The second order was quickly prepared and I was on my way even thoughthey were very busy. The girl behind the counter was very helpful and nice. Great customer service. Read more
