I am a daily customer at Starbucks in Etown. I agree they have a problem with whoever orders their supplies. They finally got a... new expression machine which has cut down on the machine being broke. I don?t blame the barista because they don?t have controlon the ordering. The one other time was when the blender was down. It took a month to get another one. While I say all thesenegative things they work hard. Almost all of them know my name and what I order. I love my iced van latte with half milk andhalf sweet cream. There has been times when a new person is on and I just nicely talk them through how to make my drink. I cannot give you an honest opinion about this Starbucks. It is located inside our local Giant Food Store, but don't buy... anything from Starbucks. I can tell everyone that this Starbucks is very busy, so that tells me they are very much liked!!Always a line there, no matter what time I see Stsrbucks, there are many customers. Read more
Really disappointed in this Starbucks. They are always out of many of the flavors and the last time I was there the blender was... broken so no mixed drinks. Recently I ordered a caramel ribbon Frappuccino and there were no crunchy things in it and verylittle caramel flavor. These drinks are expensive so it would be great if they would make them properly. The staff seems to belacking training and are not always very pleasant. The Starbucks on Rohrerstown road in Lancaster is the best one around, toobad this one isn?t. Read more
I love the Starbucks in Giant. The baristas are always so pleasant and take a lot of care in getting your order just right. You... can also tell how hard they work to ensure speedy service. I stop there frequently on my way to work and the service has alwaysbeen great. Well done! Read more
never had an issue until recently. it seems the staff isn?t properly trained because they have trouble making the simplest... drinks. the last 3 times, all of my beverages have been wrong. i was a starbucks employee for 2 years, it?s really not thatdifficult to read the cup correctly. the employees seem to only care about conversing with each other and not focusing on thecustomers. I asked for food and they only gave me a drink and said they didn?t ring up the food so they weren?t gonna give me any food... which is ridiculous because I was so hungry. Then as I get to my car I realize my cup is cracked all down the side spilling allover my car which was half my drink then I walked back in there and all they did was put another cup on the bottom of my drinkand even empty it into a new cup or nothing Read more
Located inside Giant, it's pretty small and always busy. The staff have always been friendly to me. They are doing a great job... with what they have. My only complaint is that they are always out of supplies. Read more
