We get so much free food from this place because they never get the order right. Drinks are always under filled anymore. ... Avocado toast comes out cold on bread that was never toasted. Bagels are always rock hard. Order a plain bagel with nothing onit, we always end up with a plain bagel with plain cream cheese. The staff likes to blame the customer for their error. Thismorning I ordered a warmed blueberry muffin. It came out black. I gave it back. The girl working the drive thru window wasvery nice, but I overheard the one that burned the muffin correcting me on how I ordered the muffin. Since when is a blueberrymuffin lightly toasted? Well she got a correcting of her own. I had enough of this despicable establishment. This franchiseis so bad that it would benefit from being on undercover boss. Overall good establishment. It was clean, the service was fairly fast, and my order was correct, so I have nothing to really... complain about. Temperature of the inside was freezing, however, so bring a jacket if you intend to eat in. Read more
