I tried not to make a review because I know they are only teenagers... But last week I went in for a sub, an employee named... Jordyn was working, her and another employee named Bree were in the back on their phones. I stood out there for a good 20minutes. Jordyn walked out and looked at me but then proceeded to walk to the back, then went back on her phone. I decided toleave and just head to McDonald's instead. Then recently I went back to give them another try, when I walked in, Bree wasworking on the Auntie Anne's side. She was on her phone then when she seen me walk in, she went to the back along with Jordyn.They both avoided me the SECOND time. Also just to point out another bad experience, the man who I'm assuming is the managernamed "Andre" was very rude as well. He slammed things around when my husband and I went in for a sub. He talked very quiet, andwhen I asked politely if he could talk louder, he threw attitude and started to slammed things again. Whoever is in charge ofthat subway really need to be stern with these employees. As I've seen multiple people who had bad experiences in the reviews. Read more

One employee named "Jordyn" was extremely rude to my family. Another time there was another rude employee named "Bree" that was... talking about a customer's appearance in the back. Very immature girls. The food was good, but the employees need to learn howto work with the public. Read more
The employee who helped us (Kiera) never once said "good morning, can I help you, what would you like," she just stood there and... stared at us until we realized she wanted us to tell her what we wanted. She was rude when she did talk to us. She also shoved 2footlong subs, 6 cookies, and a bag of chips into one small bag. Our chips are now crushed since she didnt use the big grocerybags she had laying right there. The service for having only 1 of the 3 employees helping us wasn't terrible since the other 2were busy talking to each other. Read more
