There were several tables in the dining area that needed cleaning. While I was parking there were 2 workers outside smoking. I... hoped they would go in and wash their hands after doing that, because someone like myself may be allergic to tobacco andcigarette smoke. Also my tacos weren't very warm. Fryer was down so you couldn't order anything that was needing fried and they were out of chips. Then we tried to add a burrito... at the window since we had to quickly change our order but they stated they don't add anything at the window. They have beenopen about 2 months and the fryer is already down and you are out of nachos when you sell Mexican food? Also they forgot to putjalapeños in one of our items and knew they forgot it so they just gave it to us in a cup instead of just fixing it. Also thewait was a little long considering there was only 2 cars in front of us and they can't change orders at the window. Read more

went through the drive thru and ordered 2 grilled cheese burrito deluxe boxes and a classic combo, and we were given our bag and... told to have a nice day.. as we pull away i opened the bag and checked for the food.. only to realize that they forgot thecinnamon twists for ALL 3 of the combos we ordered. i understand it still being new, but the line was very short behind us andthere was only one car in front of us so i cant understand them failing to make sure the entire order was in the bag beforegiving it to us. Disappointed, foods good, service needs work...heard the worker say to the cashier that he shouldn't take additional orders at... the window from customers. The order I "added" to, was literally me letting the cashier know what I meant on my order as Inoticed he rung it up wrong as I was pulling from the order menu. Regardless of the situation, this is not good customer serviceand hope that this gets adjusted as it is quite common when we're sitting in line for 20 minutes to want to add something smallto an order. They are very busy. They need a more efficient method to get the food to the customers. Took 30 minutes to get my order, after... I asked where my order was. I was there at 1:30. The drive thru window was out of the parking lot so I went inside. Asked thecashier what was in a product and she did not know. The manager could not be found. When I brought the food home, it was cold.This was not opening day. I will not return. Read more

Was looking forward to something new in the area, but I'm disappointed to say my wife and I won't be spending our money here. I... understood that it was a brand new location. I expected the craziness, the waves of people, and slower service- but to a degree.Gave three chances: once for breakfast, twice for dinner. Spaced apart and during hours where they were not immediately busy.Not only is your wait well over an hour, (to the point where they forget about you after you already paid) you're also handedthe wrong order. Not only are you handed the wrong order, when you finally get the right order, you get the wrong food, and totop it off it's cold, soggy, missing ingredients and most importantly, missing receipts. I'm surprised with the good reviews andthe patience of people waiting for as long as I did, for the service that I got. Someone was sitting on the floor in the backamidst the chaos. Went to this location today. I placed an order for 2 12 pack crunchy tacos I asked for Doritos locos?. The 12 pack was supposed... to be 25.99 each the sign does not specify that there is an up charge or that a 12 pack is 6 soft and 6 crunchy?. The manager onduty Jen seemed like she could care less about her customers. I was also disgusted that her stomach was hanging out the bottomof her shirt? I understand that this a new restaurant and kinks need to be worked out. Please don?t roll your eyes and speakdown to your customers. I hope that you just had a bad day and things will improve I will not be coming back to this locationafter being up charged and if my mom did not want these for my brother I would not have made the purchase?.. shame on poorcustomer service especially from management the cashier ended up doing a work around because she understood what I was saying?.52$ vs 68$ is ridiculous thank you to the cashier for the work around and the Manager asked her if there was a key for a Doritos12 pack ? maybe the owners need to reconsider leadership at this location Read more
