I hate this kind of place... Because I don't live anywhere near here and will likely never be able to come back. This is the... kind of place you'll want to eat at all the time. It will haunt you in your dreams if you're not able to. I got the street tacosand they were extra flavorful and cooked to perfection. We were outside on "El Patio" and it was kind of hot. We had a dog withus, and the waitress brought out a water bowl for her without us asking! The bathroom is pretty snazzy too. Read more
We were traveling and stopped by since it?s open late and the inside looked nice. Honestly, the food was really good. I had a... carne adobo and the white cheese sauce with it was really good. Seasoning was good and the steak was soft. My fam ordered twoshrimp dishes and they enjoyed it as well. I would just be careful with the corona margarita since it was strong for me but ittasted so good. (They are massive, pic for reference, got very tipsy). Overall I would recommend this place for the food,ambiance, and drinks. Also recommend getting a side of grilled peppers, it was spicy and the juice from it was amazing. Read more

OMG!! What a wonderful dinning experience!!, We get to travel all over the USA and Canada for our job, and we ALWAYS, ALWAYS, ... try to eat Local, and eating here at El Patio was a memorable one, some of the Best service we have had, The FOOD IS TOPNOTCH!!! I have to tell you, I don?t venture too often to Elk city Oklahoma or that area. With that said, I was relieved to find this... little jewel of a Mexican restaurant. It?s conveniently located right across the street from the Elk City Holiday Inn Express (Aclean and efficient place to stay for overnight business trips). Pros: - Wonderful chips. Not too thick not too thin and a verygood flavor - salsa is wonderful, and they provide a very generous portion of salsa - Also had their guacamole, which was alsovery good. - I had their chicken soup. This seems to be a Spanish version of a traditional chicken soup. It?s extremely heartyand very very good. - Generous portions of food, very fresh and tasty. Cons: - The margarita I had really wasn?t that good. Itwasn?t bad, but I?ve had much better at numerous other Mexican restaurants I?ve eaten that. I didn?t bring it to the tension ofthe waiter, because I don?t roll that way. Nor did I hold it against him because he was a good man, And I will have a margaritaagain when I return. Maybe it was just an off night for the bartender. In closing, if I find myself in elk city, you can betthat I will be eating here as much as possible. Read more
A friend and I stopped in to get lunch while running errands. When we want Mexican, it's the only place we go to. Love it... here. I ordered the lunch fajitas and a Dr Pepper. Everything was delicious. We always enjoy El Patio. Read more
