Very disappointing!! Only 3 employees & none of them had enough training with anything!! Yall should be ashamed of Yall's... Corporate because these poor people were running around like chickens & customers were really mad due to mistakes. Oh & no gloveuse in the back on the line!! Sat at the drive thru speaker for 5 minutes without being acknowledged, then pulled up to the window all of the employees were... outside doing nothing then one lady came in and saw me at the window had me pull around and wait for my order my wife preorderedfor me to pick up. the lady said she'd have it right out... Guess right out means right when I get around to it. Soggy chickenno dipping sauce for the tenders no honey or butter for the biscuits, and no apology for taking so long. Stephanie Woodward the manager here is very rude has no customer service skills I will definitely be calling the corporate... office to give my opinion of her and the experience that she put me in my children through. It would seem at this KFC it'seither her way or no way. If you're that angry sweetheart and can't provide customer service maybe it's time to retire. This is a famous chain food store. I never understand why there has literally no one eating here. Now I understand as the... cashier?s attitude is really horrible! She talked without politeness.
