We were on a weekend road trip and stopped here after reading the reviews from others. Let me just say it did not disappoint. ... Everything was delicious and fresh. Even the tortilla chips were probably the best I've had. In fact, this may have been thebest restaurant Mexican food I've ever had. And our server was great too. She checked on us about four or five times. Doyourself a favor and eat here if you ever get a chance. Read more

Never had a bad experience. The food is always amazing. The wait staff are on top of everything, never an empty cup on the... table. The quality of food served is so good I'm always excited to go back again. Read more

Food was really good , margaritas were the best in town and the bartender/ waitress was great. We will be back. Now 2 times in... a row our to go order was SCREWED up badly --no red sauce on either burrito, no container of green sauce that we ordered andpaid for, no rice or beans or avacado included---they are lucky they are the only game in town right now. EVERYTHING we have tried has been delicious! The "red" hot salsa is so spicy and good! You have to ask for it though. The queso... sauce is a great addition to anything! We go about once a week. We always have a margarita, which is incredible! Read more

So y?all know we love our Mexican restaurants and we were absolutely thrilled to find this gem in Elk City! If you?re passing... through, Lupe?s is definitely worth the stop. (Not to mention, Elk City has the state?s first diverging diamond interchange, which is really cool as well, but I digress.) On this occasion, all of the dips sounded really good so I went a little crazy. Itworked out well since Little Flip Out loves options for dipping his chips, too. We tried the guacamole, the hot green salsa, andthe supreme queso. Each had its own unique flavor that made it distinct from the others. Little Flip Out liked his taco, but thedips definitely were his preference that day. I had the Tacos Michocanos and wow, was I surprised! When I read the description,I knew I wanted to try it and it did not disappoint. Definitely would get it again. Mrs. Flip Out had the Chicken Taquitos andsaid the chicken had great flavor, which is not always the case at other places. This is definitely on our list of favoritestops along I-40 now. Read more
