This is the WORST SONIC in the state of Oklahoma!!!! I ordered 2 chicken strip dinners and when i got them, it was what looked... like OLD FOOD that had been sitting for a while. So I sent the food back for some fresh food, and they brought me the same foodthat I had previously ordered!! I guess re-dropping food is fresh to them, and it was in the same box that the first order camein!!!! I WILL NEVER EAT HERE AGAIN, and if I was you I wouldn?t eat at this establishment. Read more

We ordered at 3:00 and prepaid. We ordered 2 large drinks (a tea and a coke) at 3:20 we they told us at that our drinks were... headed that out (only because we buzzed and asked them) . At 3:29 we left because it shouldn't take 30 minutes to make 2 largedrinks. The drive thru served about 15 cars while we waited. Read more

July 3rd, 2022. Ordered a $27.00 order. In this order we?re 2 orders of opinion rings, the app doesn?t tell you when you order... something that they are out of that item. Got there and told them I had a mobile order. Got to the window and picked it up andwas checking my bag and there were no onion rings. I asked the young lady about it, she went to check and came back and statedthey were out but Sonic would refund my money. A couple weeks went by and I hadn?t received an email and went back to check onit and the manager stated that comes from corporate and they take about a month to refund. Well it is now August 12. It has been5 weeks, still no refund. So my point if this post is to warn you, if you order and pay through the app and they don?t have thatitem better try taking something else because chances are you will never get your money back. This is the third time I have ordered, paying over $60.00 and when I get home half my order is wrong. When I call to talk to the... manager it seems she tries to make it my fault, I guess it is because I keep going there. Never I'm sorry we messed up. I'm donewith sonic. Read more

I ordered for breakfast 2 number 19s BACON. I get back to my hotel and wouldn't you know I had 2 sausage not bacon in my meal.... You think Oklahoma being the home of sonic would get it right. Check your meals Elk City customers or you will get whatever theywant you to have. Read more

If you guys would get your mic for the drive through fixed, you might be able to get an order right every once in a while. The... last three times I've been here all I hear is "can you repeat that" or "I didn't catch that". Not to mention the last threetimes the order was wrong Read more

Ordered online today and when Jaquelin came out to bring my things she brought me a regular oreo shake when I ordered a... chocolate one and also it was completely watered down so when I asked her to bring me what I ordered this is what I got. ????and then she proceeded to run off and talk to someone in a car ???? ma?am do your job right or don?t do it at all. Edit: So I did reach out to the owner(s) and spoke to two different people. One said he was the owner with his dad and the lady... said she was a manager. The male was friendly but did not want to take ownership of this construction failure. Kept saying thatpeople (Elk City folks, this is you!) keep hitting them and that's why they are there. Obviously, people around the US can enterthese without hitting them WITHOUT the oversized barricades but, I digress. The lady, on the otherhand, was quite rude andunsympathetic. Neither one wanted to do anything to solve it, which would be to re-design the approach angles and remove theoversized, misplaced metal protection frames. I'll not visit this location, EVER, and hope others will stay away. They obviouslyneed new managers and owners with a compassionate side to treat all customers with respect. So, all of the stalls have had themenu screens modified with a squared, steel frame to protect the screens. The problem: the approach and departure angle has beenchanged so that some stalls are much more difficult to enter/depart from. Manager was much more concerned about his screens vshaving the stalls angled properly. Visitor, beware. I won't visit this store again as long as the yellow steel is installed. Read more
