Reviews for Wendy's in Elk City, OK
After a TRASH experience and employees that refused to give me service next door at Burger King (go check out my review there!)... I was tired upset and went next door to Wendy?s. The staff there tonight happily served me SO kindly, quickly, and my food washot and delicious. They were all overly kind to me and got me in and out of the drive thru with 2 bags of HOT food in under 5minutes. I?m so grateful they were open tonight and I will definitely be enjoying Wendy?s when I come to elk from here on. The young lady at the counter was relatively new and still in training. I could see that she was trying, but not doing well... under pressure. 1 small mixed frosty, 1 medium mixed frosty, 1 medium vanilla frosty. When I asked which was the vanilla, with aconfused expression, she points to one. (Of course, she made all 3 mixed instead of 1 vanilla.) Stopped by passing through town at dinnertime. Friendly staff, had to wait for fresh fries (not a problem). My spicy chicken... nuggets were rock hard, cold & probably from that morning. Read more
Had a little trouble getting started with the on-line ordering map but the manager was very helpful and got it up and... running. Had their sausage/egg/cheese biscuit and, in my opinion, was a way better alternative to McDonalds ... the sausage waslarger and had more flavor. All the employees were all smiling and friendly. New establishment...fresh food and helpful workers. The drive thru staff needs more training on listening and getting items... right on that day. But none the less I will be back because of quality of food and service. $1 any size French fries Read more

This is a new Wendy's in that area. It was very clean and in a great location. We tried the French toast sticks and were... pleasantly surprised. I was a little disappointed in the croissant sandwich, but only because the croissant seemed a thick notairy like most croissants. Otherwise, it was a good place to have a quick breakfast while traveling. Read more
