GO TO ANOTHER BAMBU STORE IF YOU CAN. Out of the 4 times I went there, my drinks had an artificial banana flavor twice (once for... #1 and once for #13). I once voiced my dissatisfaction to the manager and he immediately got very defensive saying they do notserve non-fresh items. He did not offer to make another drink, which I thought was the bare minimum that any store would do if acustomer said it tasted weird. Very disappointed in the service quality I received. Tried this place for the first time today. We had the no6 (Fruit delight) and fresh Honeydew boba and our family ordered some... other desserts. The honeydew was pitch perfect, pearls cooked very well and tasted really natural. The no6 was also verysatisfying. Read more

I've came here multiple times and each time I always get a different drink... Honestly each flavor so far is just watery.... Literally just tastes like water, and it's up to 7+ plus for one drink. Expensive for having no flavor. I also ordered onespecific flavor multiple times and the way it was made was wildly inconsistent. Mid at best Read more

Honestly I was just driving to find a coffee shop and I happened to notice this boba and coffee shop on my Google map. Elk Grove... is full of boba shops and cafes but this place in particular has a mixture of both and I was surprised that they even hadFilipino halo halo with a Vietnamese twist to it. I got the Vietnamese iced coffee which is tasty. Most Vietnamese iced coffeeis to better or too sweet however this one was perfectly made. And I also got the bambu favorite. First time here expecting the same quality and service from the prior owners Boba Tea House. My taro milk tea was gritty and had... a strange taste, I asked for less ice and they did not fill my cup to the top. My husband ordered no ice and his drink wasliterally 3/4 full. When asked where the rest of his drink was that he didn't have ice. His strawberry milk tea was also belowpar. We will not be going back. Overpriced and low quality. Very disappointing. Read more

We ordered a panda waffle and Vietnamese coffee with jelly. Bf thought it was bitter so we asked for the extra pump of condense... milk. Welcoming environment and friendly staff. Drinks were made well with plenty of jellies. We ordered #6 fruit addict and 2 of... Bambu favorite #10. Love how there are different options of drinks from mangonadas, regular boba drinks, halo-halo, and evencooked items that are not found in the Stockton Blvd. Bambu location. We are local in Elk Grove and are happy that we don?t haveto drive so far to get our Bambu fix! Highly recommended ???? Read more
