If its 30-20 minutes to closing time dont bother. Employees wont take your order and just sit around.
Sourdough burger meal (medium) and burger kids meal $18. Yikes.
Drive thru person was rushing me and my group and they were out of 2 items we ordered. Update: this Carls Jr has shown to be... consistently bad at most things. Customer service is poor, they are constantly out of items, the drive thru takes an ungodlyamount of time, they mess my basic order up 80% of the time and the food is cold the majority of the time. I would recommendyou avoid this CJ until they step up their business. Read more
Theyve changed theyre hpurs and 90% of the time they arent open for that late night craving. Fast food generally isnt open 24... hpurs in elk groce, but closing at 8pm with people still lining up in a now closed drive thru is just retarded. Ill go tomcdonalds across the street. Read more

I ordered the beyond firery burger combo with sour dough bread and i even ate i took a bite without looking at it, it had bacon... in it. This is outrageous, called the store so many times they keep hanging up. For a person not eating bacon this isunacceptable. I hope to get hold of the manager when i walk in. Also with the drink they didn?t even give th straw when we gotto freeway than we realized no straw in the bag. Read more
I came to this Carl?s Jr for the first time. I got there almost at 10am. I tried opening the door and it was locked. I was like... aw man. The lobby hours posted outside said they opened at 7 or 8. Then soon after someone unlocked the doors. I ordered amonster biscuit combo. I thought it was going to be fast and fresh because we were the only ones inside but it was the opposite.The food took awhile to get the the burger was cold. The cheese wasn?t even melting that pretty much says it all. I don?t thinkI?ll come here again for breakfast. Read more
