There?s a reason this place is never busy. I stopped at a Wendy?s first, but they had a long line and figured this place should... be relatively safe and close to my house. (No line at all at drive thru) Even though it has been just about around the cornerfrom us for about 16 years we only stopped here maybe once or twice for something and have been disappointed each time. Sloppyand inattentive low quality food prep, and pricey! Regular burger and fries nine dollars and the presentation of food justreflects carelessness. Read more
I hate this location.. few times I've come food is either fresh or not. Everytime I ask for ranch they give some lame excuse... about being low on ranch so they can only give me 1 or 2 even if it's for larger order. Even had asked one time for ranch andketchup the lady said it was in the bag got home and they didn't put either. You guys act like it's so hard to give condimentsto paying customers. Its a shame, this used to be a good spot. I had just come in for 2 super star meals in the a.m. and so we were asked to wait by... the front door for the fries( I get it no problem we were in the drive thru). After having to wait an extra 4-5 minutes shebrings out our food which is super hot, great awesome.fresh fries! I unwrapped my burger and it felt hard son I was thinkingthey may have toasted the bun. No the bun was so stale I was able to knock on the dashboard.like a door knocker. And the phonejust rings, noone picks it up, too bad its the easiest CJs to get to from the freeway. Read more
I've had a similar experience about a month ago where it took 15 minutes to get in and out of the drive through. Thought I'd... give them a second try. No change. I ordered a single burger cause they're never willing to make shakes and it took way longerthan any frozen burger should ever take to warm up. Staff here sucks. They need a whole rehiring cause I'm sure they're losingmoney off the people they have hired right now. Read more
So it says they close @1am and I went on Sunday midnight and I waited in the drive thru for 10 mins and no one ever asked to... take my order so I came around to exit and I see someone so I found it weird since no one helped me so I come all the way aroundand I see an employee I assume just sitting there and I?m just staring to make sure I?m not seeing anything and yup it was ahuman so I?m guessing he or she just sits there and waits for there shift to finish @1am but close early. The Burger was good. Service was OK. Unfortunately there were pools of standing water in the bathroom. After I finished taking a... dump, I realized my pants were soaked because of the water around my feet. Not very happy about that. I suppose maybe thebathroom was cleaned earlier. If that's the case, then they need to wipe up the water from the floor because it's definitely ahazard. Read more
The most expensive fast food I've ever been to. Highway robbery! I won't be back to this Carl's Junior ever! It cost me over $13... for just one meal! I ordered one medium meal. I can't even imagine how much a large would have been! Maybe closer to $20!!! JustCrazy! SMH Read more
