Just walked in to order and the two young ladies were on their phones laughing and joking around. I was looking at the menu and... the young lady is moving her arms around rushing me to order. This place is okay if you go early but at night the food is a little old like it sat for a bit. The service is always slow and... that's not just with this Carl's Jr. They are all the same but for the most park they have okay hamburgers if you're hungry. Read more
Dear Doordash customers please please please DO NOT ORDER from this location. Their customer service is beyond subpar. They do... not start the order until the dasher/driver arrives so then we wait. How can fast food fries/burgers take 20 minutes. As adriver, I always show up and wait while they take care of the drive-thru customers and then run out of fries for the deliveries. Guess what? another 10minutes. They have one slow cook during the busiest breakfast and lunch hours. Nope, I will not makethis location money anymore. I went to the drivethru at the Calvine Rd., Carl?s Jr. today and I cannot express how majorly I was disappointed. The fries... either were double fried to reheat or were microwaved they were extremely hard and flavorless and the burger patty was actuallycharred and blackened. There was a singular pickle on the burger. Honestly, everything was so dry you could market it at steelwool. Absolutely inedible. The only yummy thing was the prepackaged cookie which they didn?t make on location. The drive thrutook forever and we were the only ones ordering. Read more
Person taking my order was rude. It took a long time to get my order even though there was only one person ahead of me. Then... there was spit in the food I ordered. Pretty angry because I was nice and polite throughout the entire process. What a waste ofgoodwill towards others; oh well, karma will catch ya eventually. Today is 8/29/22 10:30pm the lady at the intercom was having difficulty understanding english and had to repeat the order... several times. First of all my drink was watered down, but the mexican guy was talking $h1t in espanol great customer service. Iguess taking Spanish paid off lol. I asked if I can exchange for a orange juice and they refused to do so. I left my drink andsaid forget it I'm tired of wasting time here. When I got home I had to inspect my food, and guess what I found some kind ofgray stuff in the lettuce, no worries it's extra protein... They don't care at all.
