Went with my fiance at first everything was good, the staff was kind but the service wasn't great. I asked for a bowl of soup to... start off with but didn't get it. I watched a family of 7 all get their soup and food when they were seated 15 minutes after us.Even the couple who was seated next to us who came way after us got their food and appetizers before us. Our server pretty muchignored us til our food actually came out an hour and 15 minuted after we ordered. I told her I never got my bowl of soup butshe came back with a cup of it but still charged us for a bowl even though I told her she gave me the cup instead of the bowllike I asked for. She paid great attention to the table next to us but always walked past my fiance and I. I get if the place isunderstaffed but you can't just ignore a table and make them feel forgotten. Read more
Seated quickly, but in a booth with a giant length-wise tear across the seat. Ordered food an hour ago and still waiting. Only... served drinks and appetizer, which came out quick. Not busy at all. Lots of empty table. Haven't seen waiter since he droppedoff second plate of chips. At this rate I'll be full before entrees are served. Read more
First time going to this chilis here in Elk Grove. At first when I got there, I had to wait there at the front door for about... 5-10min and had to ask someone there who could sit us. They workers didn't seem like they wanted tot be there at all. Which Iget it because it was towards the end of the night. Finally after about 15 minutes of waiting they said it is. Had to waitanother 10 minutes before somebody came to our table to get us started with drinks. Shut out to our waitress Damien. He waspretty much one of the only waiters there that did his job thoroughly and at the best he could while serving my table and aparty of 12 and about two other tables. All the other waiters there were really slow/ sluggish and really weren't doing much.Seen more talking then cleaning towards the end of the night. Damien our waiter, really seemed like even though it was a longnight he really made us feel welcome and even though we might not have gotten everything exactly on time he made sure to have itthere for us. The reason for the 4 stars? The wait time for your order to be taken is pretty long. The time for the appetizers to come to our... table once ordered was very long. Upside our waitress was very attentive and always had a smile on. Super friendly andaccommodating. Food was alright nothing stands out as great but on the other hand nothing was bad. All in all I Would honestlyonly come back if my options were limited. Read more

Easy to find from the main street. Plenty of parking spaces, seat yourself "weird", easy menu. Reasonable prices, Brittney is... a great waitress and bartender too. Read more

I am glad to see that Chili's almost back to its original fully staff restaurant. Whereas it has almost a skeleton staff after... the height of the covid-19 months, it appears to be back to its feet and doing its best to provide good restaurant experience. Ihave dined several times at this location in Elk Grove and continue to be impress with the excellent customer service and thegood quality food served. Read more
