Ordered take out. Paid extra for guacamole and they forgot to put it in the burrito bowl and the food also tasted like its going... bad and they gave stale rice too, it was not fresh and food came cold.Please do not waste your money here. We basically paidover $70 for stale food. Read more

Went in on 11/23, wasn?t busy at all, but the employee was moving slow, pretty sure her name was Mayrah. She was putting barely... anything in the two burrito bowls I ordered, literally skimming , few sprinkles of lettuce , maybe a table spoon of meat, shewas annoyed that I had to keep asking for extra on every single ingredient she was adding. By the end of the line she startedgiving attitude and I told her you?re literally putting nothing. I paid and left because I wasn?t going to feed into the sceneshe was going to make. I should?ve read the reviews before coming but definitely never coming again. Employees are so rude and they can?t even make the... food right. Always missing something off my order and if you try to tell them to fix it they swear that they did nothing wrongand refuse to fix it. Read more

They closed because they were backed up with online orders. Plenty of staff standing around. Whenever one was asked about an... order they wouldn't apologize and either said they are working on it or hid in the back never to be seen again. I waited an hourbut had to get back to work so I went without lunch. I don't understand what the problem was because they had all the materialsin the front, couldn't they make the online orders from there.
