Update: I arrived an at an empty line. But from when I made my order of white rice, and then told them that I wanted steak, I... waited for more than 20 minutes. My white rice was just sitting there waiting. There were like 8 or more people after me thathave completed their orders, one of them also wanted steak but gave up eventually after waiting for 5 to 10 minutes. I have toask again if my steak is ready, just in case they forget, but they were not ready. So I waited another few minutes because theyfinally realize there is a customer waiting for steak. Don't they always prepare it ahead when the meat is low? There is 5 morehours before closing. ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------ Alwaysbeen a fan of Chipotle. For this location, sometimes good, sometimes bad, so I don't bother to leave review usually. It's theonly 3 minutes drive location from my house. This time I have to leave a review because this time it really annoys me. Come inat 11.05am. There is this one lady server/cashier in the line, I asked for extra cilantro on the rice, normally server takes acup and spread it out all over the rice, she just threw it on one side of the rice, does that make sense? Right after that, Iorder steak and chicken on the side, so server usually just fill the cup with chicken, for her case, not only is the steak toolittle, but chicken doesn't even filled the tiny cup. Changing my review and rating I got charge for double meat because I asked for 2 scoops of rice.. I ordered 2 bowls, 1 regular... extra rice and beans, 1 dbl meat extra rice and beans the lady was so mixed up she was pushing my bowls down to the guacamolestation before she even loaded the meat on them I've never had service like this I don't mind paying extra when I get it butthis time was just a bad experience. This is a really good place to get Mexican style like burritos and tacos and stuff. And if you don't like what you're having... it's because you didn't order it right which is really the beauty of Chipotle is that you can customize your burrito in a bowlor your burrito and any way you like it. Portion size is way less than what the company advertises. I asked the server if it was the correct size and she said yes, even... though the person before me order the same thing and she had more food. My order was to go and the cashier didn't put afork/spoon or napkins in my bag. Read more
I ordered the vegetarian bowl and have to say it was delish and I didn't miss having any meat as the black beans were my... protein. Rice is under cooked most of the time, employees looks drained and exhausted and can barely move. This place is 2 minutes... walking distance from my house and I choose to to drive 15 minutes to get to another Chipotle. Read more
