DON'T GO HERE! RIPOFF. They charged me $8.50 for a SMALL scoop of bad icecream. $6.50 would have been bad enough but they added... $2.00 without telling me for 2 add-ons because I asked for "heavy cinnamon and apples" which are the basic ingredients for theirapple pie icecream. The icecream tasted like water instead of the creamy texture of Baskin Robbins which is a MUCH better value. Read more
Chocolate covered cones weren't good like they used to be. Friends marshmellows were stale. Cheesecake flavor had 2 small pieces... of strawberry. Won't go there again. Baskin Robbins is better Read more

Good ice cream, but the last 2 visits haven't been up to par. We ordered a birthday cake and I was very specific as to the... verbiage I wanted and confirmed exactly what I wrote was to be out on the cake. The individual working confirmed he understood.I went to pick up the cake, and they completely disregarded what I wrote and made an assumption and wrote something different.Very frustrating. They offered to fix it but we were in a rush. Today I order via mobile order for pick up. We got there exactlyat the time we had chosen for pick up and the ice cream was already melting. Read more
Great service but it would be nice if they enforced the "mask wearing" at this location. I went in about 2 days after the... Governor mandated Californians wear masks and there were about 7 teenagers inside with no masks on. The Cold Stone off of Lagunamandates AND they only allow 5 people in at one time. We have always gone to this Cold Stone and never had any issues until today. Two workers were socializing the whole time and... chose not to serve my little daughter and I. We waited patiently for a few minutes then walked out since we were not served. Wewill take our business elsewhere from now on. Very poor/rude customer service. Read more
