Delicious fresh fries and amazing cheeseburgers and the burger is as large as a BK whopper but WAY more thick and delicious. The... staff especially the waitress went above and beyond to make sure we were completely happy before leaving. I stopped in here the other day to get what I thought would be a quick burger to go... Service: took about 30 minutes to get a... burger meal and order of wings. Staff seemed confused/not motivated to move quickly. Food: Fat Burger was nothing special. Hadthe taste like they precook then soak in broth. Then when you order they sear the patty. Usually not a problem but only 1/2 thepatty had the sear taste. Lots of mayo and really was nothing special. Fat Fries were good, but no ketchup. Coconut Jerkwings...decent and juicy, but the jerk sauce...tasted like someone mixed BBQ sauce and hot sauce then added a bunch of honey. Itwasn't what I was hoping for. For a burger meal and 6 wings that cost $25 and took 30 minutes...I don't think I will be goingback anytime soon. Read more
Hands down the best burger joint around. The burgers are made to order and are excellently crafted. We drove 1/2 hrs to enjoy a... FatBurger and it certainly did not disappoint. I will not say it?s better than In-N-Out as they both have a place in this worldto exist. The staff here is friendly and fast. Be prepared to wait a bit as everything is made to order. First visit here and it was not busy but we had to wait 45 minutes for our burgers. Ordered the Western BBQ burger and sweet... potato fries. It wasn't any special. Fries were over cooked. Burger needed more BBQ sauce. May have had a better experience ifthe wait was not that long. They were not short staffed either. Kitchen needs to get it together. I cannot say enough good things about this place. It was the first day and the crew is amazing along with the food. Owners... Reynard and Marcy are amazing people and we are lucky to have them as business owners in Elk Grove. This will definitely becomemy regular burger spot in Elk Grove, thank you everyone! My twin & I stop here every time we drive home to the central valley leaving sacramento. We always pile up on the hot wings and... burgers for the journey south. The owner might be the friendliest person in town and the same guy is on the grill whenever wepass through. Consistency in the kitchen is a plus and the food is 9/10 for a small burger stand.
