I love there drinks and the workers are very helpful.
So I drove miles away to this location to get carrot juice and the store manager says we don?t have carrot juice these days... because get them on Thursdays only. I experienced the same situation with another location they were out of carrots. Losers.Never go again to Jamba Juice . Will go to Nuggets instead. They make the best juice always.. Read more
Closing manager was extremely rude. Poor customer service skills . She was going to charge us again for a bag of chips that we... purchased on a prior transaction mins before ordering our drinks. Then proceeded to tell us it?s because she was in the back anddidn?t witness the transaction take place. Even though she was not the only one working there at the time. These guys are great, even when the system goes down during a shift change, they maintain decorum. It took them a few extra... minutes, but they kept the people in the lobby updated and they were able to take orders with confidence and even rememberedabout a couple of allergies with my order. Also, unrelated. Someone who was dressed to the nines walked in and shared aconversation with me about Yes Man with Jim Carrey. That was pretty cool actually, should have gotten their number. I ordered two drinks, one of which had peaches subbed out. As they poured the drinks, both came up short in the cups - which the... employee recognized without me saying anything. After the drinks were remixed and poured, I was informed as to which one had thepeaches subbed out. I put a straw in it so that I would know that one was mine and headed to the car. I drive away and take asip and can instantly tell that the drink I had been told had no peaches did indeed have peaches in it. Both drinks wound uphaving huge chunks of ice which rendered the straws useless. Read more
They always have my favorite Belgian waffles! The employees are nice, friendly and keep good care of the place without looking... strung up like they're on a timer so it's pleasant. Would recommend. Read more
Avoid this Jamba Juice , find a alternate location. Pretzels are as hard as cardboard , drinks taste funky.
