Decided to visit this place with a group for dinner. We shared all the plates and we all thoroughly enjoyed the food. The server... (Jordan) was attentive and food was brought quickly. Had an adequate dinning experience at Journey to the Dumpling. The service was a bit slow as they are always very busy but they... have these sick water cups were their logo which is pretty great. We ordered the pork soup dumplings, green onion pancake andthe fried spare ribs. The green onion pancake was terrible and extremely dry. We were very disappointed about that dish but theother dishes were great and had huge portions for the spare ribs. Also, their chili oil really hits with their pork soupdumplings. Worst part is definitely the green onion pancakes please do not order them! Would go back to see other noodle dishesinstead :) Read more
We ordered the Peking Short Ribs, Pork Soup Dumplings, and Scallion Pancake. While the Short Ribs and Dumplings were delicious... and flavorful, the scallion pancake was dry and lacked flavor—would pass next time. We also ordered a side of white rice whichwas undercooked. Amazing! I’ve shopped/ate in this shopping center so many times including couple of restaurants right next door to journey to... the dumpling but never noticed this place. Customer service was amazing & very attentive staff! Everything we ordered wasreally good & very good size portions.
