Stopped here by chance with my nephew and sister. Honestly the ramen was amazing, the broth was really good with lots of flavor.... We each ordered something different. This was a spectacular experience! The staff is excellent and friendly, they are clued in and keep track of their orders and... tables expertly. Our drinks never got below half and our ramen was Warm and delicious. I highly recommend the Maru Ramen (seethe photo) the pork was tender and well seasoned and once the egg was split open the delicious yolk blended with the broth andit was like an episode of Food Wars! I was pleasantly surprised that the broth was savory and full of flavor and didn't justtaste like liquid salt. The Gummy worm IPA is delicious! If you want a good full flavor beer that doesn't just taste like hopsthis is the beer for you! For appetizers, we had the shrimp tempura and the Gyoza. Both were crisp and flavorful and not overlysalty like some restaurants. This was a delightful find and I recommend a visit. I will be returning for certain. Read more

Broth was extremely flavorful off the back.... love their pork belly fries too, would love to have bigger portion or more fries, other than that it's a great ramen place withextremely great customer service and friendly employees.
