Trash overflowing outside the establishment. I ordered inside at one of their self-service kiosks, and when I get to the end to... pay, the card machine was not working, so I had to take my paystub to the counter to pay. Came here for two unsweet teas, paid, got up to the second window, was told they were out, sorry. Said i was diabetic, there's... not much else I could have - manager said they'll make more and bring them out to me 'in about 4 minutes' instead of arefund. I asked where she would prefer I parked, ahead, or around the corner in the drive through/mobile order reservedspots. It's been 30 minutes. Had to go in to get my two drinks. No one said ANYTHING about the time waited, woman at theregister just held her hand out for my receipt and just went and got the tea no problem. Twice I came here in order and you guys charge me for drinks and don't give it to me. Very disappointed!! Drive through & ordered 20 piece nuggets And some fries. I only like hot mustard dipping sauce, asked for... extra. After all shouldn?t I get two with each 10 piece? Drove home, my bad didn?t check on sauce. I had two bbq sauces & no hotmustard. I couldn?t even eat the nuggets. I live 30 minutes away or would have gone back. Read more
