We were missing a sausage egg mcmuffin, Tried to tell the manager, and Manager looked up and down at me, smiled, and said no,... and walked away. A few bucks stolen from Mcdonalds, i feel like it isnt a big loss for such a big company if she had assistedwith me with the issue, or at least say sorry to be respectful. everything was fine, but the fries were hard and cold when I got them. I had hiccups for 20 minutes!????????
All these kids that live in the rich area work here and twice have I been there and you forgot my Orange juice or drink. Very friendly and efficient staff members. It was my first time using the app and I was getting mildly confused. They were so... helpful. We also got a meal, but ate it before I started reviewing. This was the only picture I actually took my kids are highly upset the food was all wrong and fries where stale and Luke warm... definitely won?t be going back to this one?? this was only supposed have cheese on it, two cheeseburgers with no pickle both hadpickles, and we were supposed to have a plain cheeseburger that every condiment known to man kind on it?. I normally do not eat fast food, but sometimes you have to live alittle ????. I love this McDonalds because it is very... convenient for us if we decide to love alittle that day. Fries are ALWAYS FRESH and not over fried (possibly re-fried) unlikeother locations where you can tell it has been sitting under the heating lamp for quite sometime. The service was kind andcourteous. They also place the items in the bag in an orderly fashion! Some places (drive thru) are known to just stuff the bagsto where the fries fall out of the little boxes, the napkins get oil all over them, or when they throw the ketchup packets inthe box with the fries then put it in the bag which is a sanitation issue. The locations had a pleasant and welcomingatmosphere, the trash was not over flowing outside the store and in the lobbies and bathrooms, the bathrooms were in a cleanstate and not smelly, and the tables were actually wiped down in the looby! ????.Thank you for doing your jobs and keeping itorganized and clean ????????.
