There appears to be a credit card fraud ring or data breach at this location. I used a MasterCard, that I don't use often - last... used 4/22/22, to order a pizza on 7/24/22. As soon as that card was used for an online pizza order I had over $1750 in chargesand over 50 attempts across the country to use my card. I ordered online on a Tuesday. I remember they had a 40% off specials on Tuesdays, but that discount did not show up online, so... I took the deal that gave me 20% off, thinking maybe they don't do the 40% anymore. I ordered a large 4 topping make your own,but with extra mushrooms. When I show up to the store, they have a sign out front advertising the 40% special. Great! When Igo inside, a woman greets me and I tell her I am here to pick up my online order, and give her my name. I tell her that when Iordered online, I only got the 20% discount, so I would like the extra 20%. She seems confused and disappears into the back. After a couple minutes, a different girl comes out and asks if I have been helped. I tell her the same story, and afterchecking the computer, she also goes into the back. Another woman appears (who I assume was the manager, although she wasdressed in a tank top and shorts) and she tells me that she can only apply one discount to my order, either the 20% or the 40%. I tell her of course I want the 40%. She then proceeds to ring me up. I ask if my pizza is ready (I asked for it to be readyat 5:45 and it was now probably 5:50). She said she would go look. After a couple minutes she returns with the pizza. Shebreaks the seal to open the lid to verify that it was the right one, but only looks at it herself and then closes it back up. Ithen ask if I can see it. She undoes the seal again and opens it and shows me. I complain that it doesn't look like there areextra mushrooms like I ordered. She said she could give me some extra mushrooms in a container, but I declined. I was annoyedthat there were not extra mushrooms on the pizza as I had ordered. I was even more annoyed by the fact that this entire time,the manager was only wearing a mask over her mouth, with her nose uncovered. Terrible service. The cashier was wearing her mask under her chin and the manager was not wearing a mask at all. I was trying to... order their one topping special but when I made the order after choosing pepperoni, they wanted to charge me extra. They saidcheese is already considered as the one topping and pepperoni would be a second topping!? So I ordered just a cheese pizza withlight red sauce. I doubled and tripled checked with the person who took my order that it would have light red sauce and she saidyes. But, when I picked up the pizza it was smothered in sauce. They said it was not put on the receipt so they pushed back andgave me attitude when I asked them to please remake it. I will NEVER give them my business again. Read more

Worst pizza experience of my life! This place is a joke. Dough was so raw, I thought it was extra cheese, it was absolutely... disgusting. They came back took the Old pizza and gave me a new one, I told them thin crust and no toppings this time so itwould at least be cooked, but even the thin crust had a thin layer of raw dough on top. I called the manager and he didn't evenoffer to give me the pizza on the house, no he wanted to send someone to pick up the pizza and that's the only way he would giveme a refund. After 2 raw pizzas you think they would do a little more for you. Didn't even give me the difference in price backon the new pizza which was plain and thin crust, at least 5 dollars cheaper than the first one I ordered. Very good pizza and nice staff this facility is very clean and stable. I enjoy coming here to get pizza. Jay is not good at... Lux. He feeds every game. Uninstall. The salad bar always looks fresh. I like coming here because it has a friendly envirment. Read more
