Wow. I know inflation has hit but the portions on the Warm Bowls is inadequate for $13. I ordered the Whole size and was... disappointed. I wonder what half size looks like. Don't let the physical size of the bowl fool you. It looks half empty when youreceive it. Barely reaches the edge of rim. The pictures on the menu far exceed what you receive. Worst Panera Bread I?ve ever been to. Poor quality service, employees are always annoyed to take care of you and give you cold... food. Not a smile, not a sense of courtesy. Restaurant is always dirty and lots of things are out of order. Food takes aridiculous amount of time to be prepared. Poor service. No one is monitoring coffee jars, couldn?t get anyone to help. Ended up spending time get in the line. Checkout... person was very inexperienced and didn?t know how to fulfill the needs of the guest in front of me. When it was finally my turn,she gave unfriendly face and didn?t greet me at all. The food was ok. A bit disappointed considering how much they are charging for a combo meal. I got the pick 2 combo and got a... soup that is very sweet and a sandwich overly loaded with mustard which I absolutely hate. Only that make up for the visit wasthe customer service and cleanness of the place. But they really need to work on the flavors of their foods. Read more
The staff is friendly here. There is a huge list in the back of the store saying what ingredients are banned. The water is... filtered which is nice because there's a lot of contamination in water these days. The unlimited sip club is a great way tosave money. I wish this Panera Bread opened up at 6am like most other Panera Breads. It would also be nice to have the cupsmore accessible. No other complaints, some of the stuff go well beyond normal customer service. I highly recommend thislocation. Read more
