Second time I've had a bad experience here. First time I ordered and they said 20 min it would be ready I get there they hadn't... even made it. So second time around I ordered and called before going in to see if it was done because they said a 35 min waitand they didn't even have my order. Short version: Don't come here if you value your time or good customer service. Long version: I placed an order by phone today.... I had company coming and wanted a good and easy dinner for everyone. I ordered ahead so it would be on time. When I ordered Iwas told it would be ready in 25-35 minutes. I arrived after 45 minutes. They hadn't even started making my order. Not thebiggest deal, I thought, they must be busy. They rung me up and told me it'd be ready in 10 minutes. I went and waited in mycar. When I came back 10 minutes later they still hadn't even started making my order. The lady at the front asked my nameagain, ruffled through her receipts, and didn't say another word to me. She then slowly started preparing my order. I waitedinside for 15 more minutes before it was ready. That's 35 minutes longer than I was quoted, if we're keeping track. No whoworked tonight seemed to care about their customer's time or even their job in general. And after all that, they didn't even getmy order right. I don't usually write bad reviews, but this place is beyond awful. I'll never spend money here again, and Irecommend that you don't either. Read more
