I called to order a pizza at 9:40pm, it says you guys are closed at 10:30pm. I held until someone picked up the phone and said... we?re closed and rudely hung up on my face. This is not professional as I was mid sentence asking about the closing hours. Nevereaten here at this location but I never will for sure now ???????? Let me start by saying that this place seemed at first like a great place to order based on the $35 pizza price. At that price I... was expecting a very well thought out pizza with flavor and no expenses spare on toppings and overall appeal. When we got the 8pizzas we ordered and this is my first time eating here it was worth no more then $15 a pizza. The sauce and cheese was 2.5inchaway from crust and for someone who doesn't eat the crust I have 1/4 of each slice wasted. The dough is cardboard in all sense.Extremely vanilla with no flavor. There was nothing about any of the 8 pizza that made me state "yeah wow that worth the $35".Get you pizza somewhere else unless you don't have a problem paying $35 for a $15 pizza Read more
Beware of small chicken portions and unaccountable owner. I bought the 8 piece wings plus pizza. The most disappointing... disgusting ????chicken food I?ve ever had. Dry , rubbery , and the seasoning was piled on. This is the second time this hashappened. I asked if they could replace the following day and was told it would be. The reason the chicken was old and small isbecause of Covid according to the employee. She said they lost their chicken supplier. So it?s grocery store bought. Cold pizza, pasta was green, pizza order wrong, manager could care less. $55 dollars and worst customer service ever! We called... to ask why our order was wrong, manager said to call corporate. Wait, a franchise owner can't handle its own problems?? Calledtwice and they blame their franchise, not the one who owns that location! Worst service ever!! This Pizza Guys location is my absolute favorite out of all the other locations in the surrounding area. The pizza is always... ready super fast and is piping hot. There are always tons of coupons and they have free ice cream if you check in on yelp!Always order my pizza here, never had it delivered though. The shop is always very clean and the soda machines are always fullystocked. Would definitely recommend this specific spot to anyone looking for a good deal and good pizza! Will be back for sure.
