Arrived at 3:00pm, party of 5 adults 2 children. Over 30 minutes to wait for a table, which is understandable, but then our... server was the bartender who forgot about us. By the time we were ready to leave, it was 2 hours total time, and we didn't eatslow. Sauces that were offered to us never came. One dish was completely forgotten, we had to request it again. We requesteddrink refills, which we saw delivered to a different table even though they still had completely full drinks and we overheardthem even say they hadn't requested them. Then we requested them directly from the bartender, at the bar, who wouldn't fillthem right then, but said they would be sent to our table. They never arrived. After waiting nearly 30 minutes for therefills, I actually ended up going out to my car to get a water bottle for the kids because of it. About 10 minutes after that,the bartender stopped by and asked if they came, but we were ready to leave by then. Quite possibly the worst service I havereceived and I've been to a lot of restaurants! First time for everything I guess. Maybe it was the service, but the foodseems to have declined since the last time I was there. The burgers were very meager compared to what they were a few yearsago. Food wasn't terrible, but honestly I would go to Denny's over here any day. This will be our last visit to Red Robin. Red Robin Gourmet Burgers and Brews is always a great place for fun, family, friends and a great meal. Tried a new sandwich, the... California Chicken Sandwich and it was outstanding. I believe it will be my new go-to sandwich, not only was it delightful butit was low in calories too!
