Not enough sauce. Need more front counter staff - line waiting. Pizza was delicious. Toppings good quality and quantity.
Edit 10/9/22 They've been doing a lot better since my first review. I started writing "please don't forget ranch and soda" in... the notes section and that seems to do the trick. I still have issues sometimes with bread sticks being a bit underdone. Overallif I could give a 4.5 I would, but 5 will have to do. They are always very pleasant and nice. I had a great experience in thepast. I have almost never had an issue until recently. In the last 2ish months almost every single time I've gotten deliverythey have forgotten something, missed something, or there was a problem with the food. They've forgotten my soda, forgotten myranch, and once it took almost 1 hour 20minutes for delivery and my garlic twists were almost raw and looked a mess. I tipminimum $4-5 bucks on a $20 order every time. I started putting a reminder for my soda in the notes section, then they forgot myranch. I hate complaining, they offered to give me my order for free for not bringing my soda, but I don't want a free order. Ijust want my order to be correct the first time. I tip decent, I like the food. I get it, short staffed, pandemic, difficult tofind help but what else can I do? I don't even want anything for free... Honestly, I'd tip even more if I knew I'd get my ordercorrect, but I'm not even sure that would work. It's just frustrating. Overall great customer service and food and never had a difficult experience here. The only time was I didn?t get veggies on my... pizza, but I should?ve checked then and there. Read more
Foods not great, I don't know what happened since I remember Round Table having some of the best pizza around when I was growing... up. But the biggest problem with this location is the interior itself. It's just depressing being inside this store. Everythingis dirty, broken, out of order and the interior is so out of date. I was extremely disappointed. First, there was enough dough that didn't have any toppings to provide three slices of pizza... easily, I attempted to over look that... Then found that the dough was not fully cooked, then to tp it off to see a dirtyonion's root at eye level when taking a bite. So unacceptable for a $25 medium pizza. My stomach turned???????????????? Thinkingabout what I didn't see or perhaps it was the uncooked dough!!! The driver did forget everything but the pizza and the wings...However, he was such a sweetheart that wasn't an issue!!! The order was almost a $40 order... I used a coupon however, it wasdefinitely a rip off even with the coupon!!! Very dissatisfying leaving me sick... literally to my stomach!!! Just ordered a 35 dollar pizza and it has almost no sauce, barely cooked and was delivered without Parmesan cheese, crushed red... pepper or napkins. Just the pizza in the box. It?s the worst round table pizza I have ever had, you can see how doughy it is inthe middle Read more
Terrible experience, came to this location to pick up pizzas that I ordered online. When I arrived , I gave my name and order... and the gal at the front said ?your order isn?t ready yet? me ?ok? - I stand to the side to let others step up to the counterand pay and/or pick up orders. A few orders go out the gal again looks at me and says. ?Still waiting on your order. After about15 minutes, I started to become a bit impatient, I knew that when I ordered online it said my order will be ready in 20 minutes,so I arrived at the store in 15 minutes . A gentleman from the back steps around and says something to the cashier to which sheaudibly gasped. She continued to move around and help people coming in one after the other. Finally, I was informed that theywere out ?skins? of course I have no idea what she?s talking about apparently skins is what they call ?made dough? they had runout of dough and informed me that my pizza had not in fact even placed in the oven yet it would be ready In 10-15 minutes. Themost disturbing part was that there were several people coming in that that the store had run out of dough. My question andseveral others question was why are online orders still being taken ? These people are going to continue to show up, hoping topick up food that they have already paid for, and to make matters worse. This is the night before Thanksgiving. So as you canimagine, many are not cooking dinner. I was finally informed my pizza was ready, it was undercooked, and you would think theywould possibly offer a free salad or cookie , but nope!!! I feel really terrible for the people that showed up after me. Thisround table is terrible. The restaurant is in disrepair. It could use a good cleaning and only one door to enter. The employeesseem unappreciated and well, lack genuine customer service training. I would certainly blame this on the store manager andowner. Read more
