Like a gym, you wanna avoid this place when it's busy. I never thought candy shopping could be so...intense. No music playing,... and the workers seem very exhausted. The lady who seemed to be the manager (gray curly hair), ruled the place with an iron fist,yelling out what candies were out of stock, demanding customers to wait outside the store until capacity lowered, and showingpeople what line to be in. She did her job very well though, and I'm glad to see a store enforcing proper guidelines for covid.Still, I felt very uncomfortable. Candy looks good though Read more
Would give them zero stars if I could. Showed up earlier tonight to be told to go outside because they reached capacity and was... told to wait until people left. Meanwhile there were no signs indicating a limit. A couple left 5 mins later and when I tried togo inside again I was still told to wait until it cleared out more. The tone the associate used was enough for me to take mymoney elsewhere. This is the poorest customer service I've ever received at a See's Candies location. Turned around and went tothe Delta Shores location where they had much better customer service and ending up spending $100. I will never come to thislocation on Laguna EVER again. Read more

Less busy than expected, but still a line. Excellent customer service. They worked hard and fast as they can. They remind you... the overwhelming power of peppermint. Be nice and patient. Happy-ish holidays. Read more
Yum, Yum, Yum! What can you say? This is See's Candies and of course it is so good. I really like that they give you a sample... when you come in and while you're waiting in line. Sometimes if the line is long they'll give you two samples. I recently wentno sugar on a diet so I figured from now on when I am going to See's candy I won't be able to try any samples. Was I wrong! Theyoffer, if you mention that you're sugar free, to have give you a piece some of their sugar free candies. They don't set thosecandies out but they have them behind the counter for those who are sugar-free so that they can get a piece of candy too whilethey're waiting in line. Read more
Wow this is See's candies I want there actually to pick up some chocolates to send back East to my daughter-in-law and the... grandkids wonderful service there people are always friendly very easy with the samples good place to go and revisit rememberthey don't have them on the East Coast so you got to enjoy it.
