HORRIBLE customer service!! Rude!! And they are openly talking about how they are sick with a fever, but still at work.
My friend went to Starbucks this morning and picked up our drinks. He said the customer service was not too good. Well, he was... not lying. Our drinks were not made correctly. Secondly, when I took them back and kindly asked if they could remake. The redhaired gal was unfriendly. She did not apologize, greet, smile, or respond to me when I wished her a good rest of her day. Notsure why she was so unhappy. Maybe look into a desk job instead of working in the service industry. A less hectic starbucks than the ones on Elk Grove Blvd near costco and the auto mall. This one is on the corner of whitelock... and bruceville next to Peony Palace. Staff is helpful, serves drinks and food quickly, and interior is very clean. Plenty ofseating for customers. Read more
I love this Starbucks! The workers are very nice and good service! My only complaint is sometimes they focus more on the mobile... orders. Last time I walk in and order my drink it took almost 20 minutes until my order was ready. My suggestion is have onegroup work on mobile orders and a other group work on walk in orders. So that way no one has to wait so long for their order.Overall the place is awesome and great service! Just need to have a better system for mobile orders and walk in orders. Read more
Cafe is nice and clean, at times it gets crowded but all Starbucks are the same, fast service and great staff
This place is usually a little less crowded than your typical Starbuck's. There's decent outside seating during the warmer... months that has an eastern exposure. Sunshine in the not. Shade in the afternoon, which is nice I'm the warmer months. What canI say? Drinks and food items are the same as at other Starbuck's stores. Staff is usually competent and friendly. Parking can besomewhat problematic at peak times-- you might have to park nextdoor at CVS. Updating this review after a couple of years. ThisStarbucks, while smaller than most, seems to be pretty efficient-- so while there may be a bit of a line, orders tend to befulfilled quickly enough that then overall wait time is not excessive.
