I really liked this Starbucks. Had a mocha coffee while I was busy Elk Grove area. A beautiful place.
Drink was wonderful, store manager was very engaging with her customers. The wait time was crazy between mobil orders and drive... thru fulfillment, walk up took a bit. I?m sure staffing is an issue just like the rest of the world. Wish y?all the best!!! Read more

I order a drink online yesterday the app said it would be ready by 8:20. I arrived a few minutes after 8:20, I seen my drink... ready the young lady asked my name I told her she said she has a few more drinks ahead of me. So I go stand off to the sideabout 10 minutes go by and she asked my name again once again I told her and she says oh your drink is right here. And handed methe drink I seen sitting there when I first came in. I said I thought you had a few drinks before me, she says oh I just made ita few minutes ago. I said no that?s been there. She stayed with her lie, so I walked away and left. I called the store and noone has gotten back to me. Terrible customer service I will not be going back to this location. Read more
unexpectedly closed on Friday 2-4-22, tried ordering breakfast sandwiches on Sunday 2-6-22 and none were available. management... is doing a terrible job at this location. Read more
Great place to get some studying done, the manager Meg is on of the most personable people you will ever meet, they also have... notes of kindness for you to take with your coffee I thought it was super cool. There are outlets underneath the 4 tables to theside and one in the hangout area. Read more
It is nice cozy Starbucks. I wish they are open till 10:00 but they close at 8:30. There isn?t that many people, so I understand... that. The coffee is okay and the staff were friendly. Read more
Very nice young lady at register kindly told me that pumpkin spice or ANYTHING pumpkin on drinks is out for the season....bummer... my favorite drink. I got a small peppermint white mocha instead since I couldn't have the cream brulee 'caramel' because it hasgluten in it. Hopefully it won't hurt my stomach bad ( gluten does that) looks like nice staff & a small nice coffee place :) Read more
