Cmon subway!! This place needs a makeover with employees. Rude, messy, smoking feet from the front door (2 different employees... within past month) go smoke around back!! I ordered two veggie delite with veggie partties both sandwiches are cold because patties feozen and he did not warm them... correctly so we have to through out sandwiches when i call to subway he said do u have microwave u can warm them up. Notrecommend this store Read more

I ordered a BMT! The only meat in my sandwich was turkey. They did not put all the other meats in my sandwich. I must say this... is the most disgusting sandwich I ever had and I threw it in the garbage. This place is not worth eating at if they can?t getyour order correct. Save your money eat somewhere else. My wife just picked up a foot long cold cut combo for me. I opened it and as the pitcher shows the bread was dry and stale!... Funny at this time Subway is running a promotion that states bread is always fresh. Just the opposite and this store isdefinitely not on track with the promotions offered! Bad customer product service! Go to this store on Elk Grove Blvd all thetime never had this happen before! The person making the sandwich wasn?t paying attention or didn?t care! Read more

Absolutely horrible experience! Very slow they guy that was helping was new. He was bottlenecking the whole line. He needs to... be at the register if he's new or making sandwiches isn't for him! The lady Ashley I think was her name was yelling at him infront of customers which is very unprofessional as well.. she needs to take him to the side and not do that in front ofcustomers! Also they way he made my sandwich was horrible!!! I can't even believe it. He needs proper training before he gets onthe line. Read more

Just did not disappoint. The staff was super friendly and kind. And followed all the safety covid protocol. Wearing gloves... and masks. They were very patient with me as I had many requests for my order, and I did not feel rushed in the middle of alunch rush. Read more

The employee Amanda is very rude and obviously knows nothing about customer service. Our subs were made incorrectly and we... brought them the sub back with the receipt and pictures of the sandwiches and how they looked when we received them and sheargued with me about the Chicken bacon ranch sub not having ranch on it, AFTER the owner of the store told her to remake thesandwich! She was sarcastic and patronizing the whole time, especially after I told her that I didn?t want another sandwich dueto her unprofessional attitude and instead wanted my money back. She called the owner, Frank, again and begrudgingly refunded mymoney. I was going to order an additional sub but after her nasty attitude, I canceled it and intend to contact the owner myselftomorrow. We order all the time from this location as it is close to our home but after this experience, we will think twicebefore doing it again. Why would a Chicken Bacon RANCH sub not have ranch on it???
