Stopped this morning to grab a sandwich, walked in, we were greeted by a friendly young man, but we were helped by a not so... friendly lady. Unfortunately, no name on her name tag, but she truly gave off the impression that we were in some waydisturbing her day. She was very short when speaking to us, and in no way hospitable. I am disappointed with this subway. My husband and I went in 20 minutes before closing, which I know can be frustrating but we... were met with a worker who rolled her eyes and let out a sigh that we had just walked in. It was abundantly clear that she didnot want us ther . She was extremely rude to both of us. We tried to keep our orders simple to make it easier on her but she wasvery obviously inconvenienced that we were there. Despite being in and out of the restaurant in about three minutes flat, shecontinued to be rude to me as I paid for our dinner. She then followed us out as we left and locked the doors approximately 15minutes before close. We felt very unwelcomed by this employee and were extremely disappointed with the service tonight. The employees were not prepared for work in the aspect of training as well as their appearance. The women did not have their... hair tied back professionally and was in the way of making the sandwiches. I felt uncomfortable eating considering how theyhandled the food. Also when my sandwich was packaged they left the end open and did not wrap it closed. Read more
Service was good. Nothing to complain about. Sandwich was decent. The bread i wanted wasnt ready yet and the only one they had... available was a bit dry. The amount of steak on the sandwich seemed a little skimpy but otherwise it tasted fine. Read more
