Pricey, but the sandwich was pretty tasty. I opted for the footlong plus option which wad about $15.
The lady that works there Has a really bad attitude and poor customer service, I change my mind about toasting a sub! and she... got upset. Very terrible experience here . mean old indian lady always has an attitude when she serves me . she had an attitude when i... wanted to use my coupon , i didn?t quite understand the details and she very rudely explained to me the coupon details she said?don?t you understand the reading so simple? . i just ignored her as i didn?t want to start any issues .i have plenty of coworkers that go there at lunch time .and we all agreed we will not go anymore because of her !!! If I could give it a 0 I would. My mom and I went to this subway after doing a little shopping in Wal-Mart. I watched all three... of the employees take money from customers and put on gloves to make another sandwich for other customers in line. Not one timedid these employees wash their hands at the sink behind them after handling money. When I asked one of the employees about theirhand washing procedures he pointed at the sink and said "it's right there." I then told him, "correct it's there and none of youwashed your hands after handling money. You took payment and put on gloves with dirty hands and now are touching food with dirtyhands." The employee then looked at me and smiled and said, we didn't wash because we got busy". ???????? ARE YOU KIDDING ME! Iasked to speak to the manager and he told me they weren't there. I'm only giving them one star because I have to to leave a comment but the last couple of times I went into Subway after either... a soccer game or training this particular Subway does not want to serve nor make sandwiches after 8:00 even though it clearlystates on the website that they're open until 9:00 and even when they do make them they're angry and they do a terrible job so Iwould suggest never going to this Subway ever again and if you're in the area the one on elk Grove and Franklin is definitelyvery customer friendly and so is the other one on elk Grove so if you're in the neighborhood do not get a sandwich from the onein Walmart cuz they are terrible Read more
