When we order via App or online, the staff consistently gets the order incorrect about 80% of the time. It's been about 1 1/2... years since I returned and no change. I don't think they look at the details of the order and just start making food. No care inquality, and have to return to have the food made to order, but that takes another 35 minutes to have it remade. I'm sad tofeel this way, but we will not be a returning customer, not at this one or any other. Read more
Good food. Service was slow. Got 3 employees packing food orders when not needed and 1 cashier with like 20 people in... line...Would've been good if the 3 packers had 1 of them come help out on the register. Why have 2 registers and only 1 cashierwith 20 people in line though??...Sheesh!!!!! Read more

My husband went in and ordered food tonight for take out. Now, keep in mind, we'd already had an incident already where the... order was taken but what was given was completely wrong but we were nearby and thought we'd give the place another chance,thinking it happens.The order was repeated back correctly but when he got home it was completely wrong. The wait time for thefood was 30 minutes he was told but they were not busy at all...hardly anyone there in person. We live about 15- 20 minutes awayfrom this location and the frustration of having to drive back and wait another 30 minutes for them to make the correct food wasnot worth the hassle. Our food was ice cold and needed to be heated up, scraped up and fixed because it was wrong, and it tookway too long. We both agreed we will not be returning to this location. We come here for the albacore tuna burger which is always good. We just eat seafood and veggies so this is a great menu item for... us. The sweet potato fries are delicious with this burger too. The place is almost always full so arrive early or be prepared towait to place your order and for a table to open up. Read more
Food was good but I didn't get as I ordered. Was good though....mine was rigth. My son and my nephew were upset ???? lol.
