Got to sit in the cable car, server was very quick with waiting on us, got us bread and butter almost right away, he was busy so... it was understandable. I got the breast of chicken fettuccine. Really good if you want a good creamy chicken fettuccine. Thistime it was a little on the greasy side though. All entrées come with soup or salad, can never go wrong with the minestronesoup, and recommend the spumoni ice cream if u like variety, if not they have vanilla ice cream too. Read more

Nice visit for five at 2pm. Waitperson Joey took great care of the group, all of us rowdy as we toasted the one honoree. Then we... toasted Joey. The food ranged from good to very good. From the sampler pasta with four sauces to my meatballs in marinara, tothe broccoli and cheese appetizer, a nice meal, indeed. This branch of the franchise is attractive, well staffed and clean.Service was prompt and efficient. This location is lacking in customer service. Our server was extremely polite and friendly but it took forever to get our ... orders to the table. Food was just alright and if you look closely you probably will find a minestrone soup with nothing muchbut broth. Very disappointing overall Read more
Old Spaghetti ???? sounds about right. "Not that good" And "Terrible in the moments that follow"???? Some of the pasta was... overcooked while other portions were al dente. Some portions (bites) tasted older. "I often felt that there was a swirling bowlof fishy stew before me and didn't long for the next dive in." Waitress was nice (pleasant) however charged more than expectedfor 'Lunch Specials' quoted at $14.xx per vs $17.xx charge (shown here on receipt ???? ????). "The waitress acted more tolerantthan nice, often disappearing for long stints giving no dynamic appeal, nothing extra that would indicated that she cared.Barely a smile" I begrudgingly tipped the customary 20%, however felt no cause to do so. More so I tipped out of my ownpersonal class and a little pitty. Food and experience however didn't settle well. "There was an unfresh, old almost cafeteria(style) convalescent home taste that lingers." Amazing. Food was such a joy and extremely flavorful . You know when you eat so much and your stomach hurts and you get tired.... Nope not once did that happen with us . The service was amazing . The staff were so warm and welcoming and always attentive tous. We got the white clay pasta . The chicken Miranda. The Italian soda. The cotton candy limeade. The sisclian bread . Yes it's a franchise but the food was very good and if you get the pleasure of having our waiter, you are in for a great... experience. Service of this level is hard to find these days, typically found at high end restaurants. Combined two entreesinto one at my request and was attentive during our meal without being overbearing.
