Food is delicious, the tempura has the perfect crisp that's nice and airy, the spicy garlic edamame has the right amount of... spice and garlic and the grilled whole squid is great with the garlic butter and spicy kimchi ponzu sauce. The sushi rolls aregood we tried a several of them like the bacon me crazy which was my partners favorite, the bond was my favorite and the hotmama was spicy with a combination of Sriracha, habanero and jalapeño. The food here is awesome. Great customer service too. I've tried the Spicy DJ, farmer, hot mama and firemen sushi rolls. I think... the Spicy DJ is probably the best I've eaten there so far. Calamari and combo tempura are really good too. Lychee sake andlychitini are the best drinks, for me anyways, if you like this fruit flavor. Read more
3.5/4 stars for overall experience. We mainly chose this place to try the drinks and sushi/ramen options Would?ve been 2.5/3... stars if not for Jerome(the bartender). He was friendly, attentive and knowledgeable. Definitely a hard worker and asset to thisestablishment. We did a walk in and was told the wait would be 30-40 minutes. We waited the 40 minutes at the bar to get drinksand chit chat. When I went back to check on our table, we were told the wait would be at-least another whole hour if not longer,because a party of 25. Not sure if they had reservations, walked in or whatever the situation was. It was ridiculous. Waiting40 minutes already just to be told it would be another hour wait. That would?ve been almost a 2 hr wait for sushi? lol Jeromewas fantastic for suggesting we dine at the bar, which was the only reason we didn?t leave after being told about the new wait.Service was actually kind of quick for such long wait times? The establishment itself was clean. The rolls were on the slightlysmaller side if comparing to other sushi places. I was worried it would be warm/hot inside due to flex alerts/heat warnings butit was just fine Def recommend the Spicy DJ and dragon rolls. Spicy DJ had a lot of flavors: the lemon, spice, and onion. Ifyou?re Hmong, it gave me a Laab sushi roll vibe. The Dragon was delicious! Loved the topping. We came here on a Tuesday, thinking it wouldn?t be busy for dinner. We were wrong. There were a lot of waiters, but little care... from any of them to actually put us at a table. We waited 45 minutes for a table that was open when we first walked through thedoor. How frustrating. When we asked why we weren?t seated earlier, the waitress told us that she was ?busy.? She was literallyjust standing at the check in stand as we watched her and other waiters walk around. We literally just stared at the workers,while they avoided eye contact with us before we got seated. The food was okay, not the best sushi I?ve ever had. And the ramenwe ordered wasn?t spicy enough, which could just be that the chef at the restaurant is trying to cater to people who don?t likesuper spicy food. We came in Friday July 8th. My first time with famy in the area. Definitely way over rated. The chicken was beyond dry, we... ordered extra Teriyaki sauce and had 3x the up charge for it and we were given no extra sauce in the bag yet they charged us.It was a to go order. The place was super busy people coming in for over an hour wait. We called ahead for our order it smelledso good inside I was excited to try it out. Servers were friendly. If you want quiet dinner place, this won't be the place. Very noisy. Grilled squid and pepper fin... were excellent. Sushi rolls were so so because the sushi rice was not moist, not enough vinegar and not mixed evenly. Priceis reasonable. Read more

This place is amazing!!! Fantastic food, wonderful staff, bar is on point. What's not to love? Samples to share and individual... meals were all outstanding. I couldn't actually pick a favorite, which is a good sign ???? Give a local small business sincelove and stop in. I'm sure you'll return if you do. Read more
