I order out from Chipotle in Elk Grove because I work in Elk Grove I've never had an order that was made correctly today I got a... burrito bowl that was a quarter of the way filled. It was about one quarter pound of black beans a teaspoon of brown rice acouple of salsa bits in three pieces of little chicken. This is the most offensive thing I've ever seen from a restaurant and toallow that to be served to a customer on a delivery where they have no chance of anything except getting their money back whichI am is a joke. Great location but took one star off due to going for pick up, driving back to work for lunch and then seeing that they put in... the wrong order. Got a burrito bowl but somebody mistakenly put someone else?s tacos inside my bag. (No biggie) went back andthey remade my order. Was a little inconvenient for me but they were super kind and apologized. They were crammed with orders soI can understand. Advice for this location; if you do a pick up order, check your bag to make sure they didn?t mix up your orderor forget anything. Food was fresh though! I ordered a salad bowl and it did not come with the vinaigrette. The "guacamole" is half an avocado that was not mashed lol

This location gets worst and worst. All of their food is undercooked mainly because they are so worried of meeting the demand of... online pick ups. Rice does not taste as it used to and beans are hard as hell. No sense of customer service or pride for whatthey do from staff to manager. I drive 20 more minutes just to avoid this place. Chipotle corporation should do a go and see toget this back to how it was before. The pandemic can?t be an excuse any longer. This is the first bad Chipotle I've run into. I go to many and have never had any significant issues. My last time here they... made my burrito half the size of other stores. The steak was low quality. I spit out many bites because it was fat or gristle. Read more

After ordering a chicken bowl, and spitting out three or four pieces of chicken because they were pink, semi transparent and... clearly not cooked, I brought it to the attention of the manager. He was happy to refund me or offer another bowl. He did notseem particularly concerned that they were under cooking chicken which could potentially hospitalize or even kill somebody. Chipotle had a promotional of BOGO free on an entree for a few hours and since we were pretty hungry we decided to go for it.... There was quite a queue at the store. Service was good and the chicken veggie bowl good as usual. One of my favorites place toeat in the USA. Read more
