I went here last week got first time. . Reshmi served me my decaf coffee and it was perfect. It was soo good I go back today.... Not did she remember me she also remembered I drank decaf and exactly how much cream to put in. What a service !! Ordered Caramel Latte with DD app when i showed up the lady got my receipt and said Latte machine is not working, ok it happens... some time BUT when i asked can you cancel the order then she said NO she can?t but offered to come for my LATTE tomorrow,TOMORROW WHAAT!!!??? The app says they will bring the order out to you but they don't. They need to update their instructions. Otherwise, fast... service and your typical Dunkin. Read more
Friendliest staff! They actually make the Lattes unlike some other spots, oh and they don't add tap water to the cold brew.
Dunkin Donuts is awesome, the donuts taste amazing! Buying a dozen is simple and easy, and the price is pretty reasonable.
They put in for extra large coffee. That was fine but he didn't scan my app witch they usually do right away. I ask to use... bathroom and when I got out they said I owed another customer money because he didn't scan. I didn't have money I had card orapp only. The worker said you do not have 3.00 dollar's to pay the other customer? I said I only have app or credit card. Hemade me feel bad I've been going there after work! If I could give this location zero stars, I WOULD! I found ants floating near the bottom of my iced coffee! I called the store... and was told I could get a coffee for free tomorrow morning, which obviously is the LAST thing I want to do... and even if Iwanted to take them up on the offer, they didn't bother to take down any of my information to verify who I am if I came in at alater date. The company seems to care less. I am in contact with my doctor to see if COVID-19 runs in insects, as well asreporting them to the Elk Grove health department. Absolutely love Dunkin Donuts. They always have great customer service. The people that work behind the counter are very... friendly and eager to help the customers.
