Stopped into this place yesterday around 7:20pm to grab a really quick bite. When I walked in there was guy on the phone taking... an order and there was a girl in the back not sure what she was doing but she ended up making her way up to the register andjust stared at me for 30-45 seconds. No greeting, No how can I help you or may I take your order nothing. It got really awkwardso I said out loud ok I guess I?ll just order and proceeded to order. As I am ordering the guy who was on the phone startsmaking a sandwich and I notice that he is looking back and forth at the register for toppings. I asked hey those are not mysandwiches are they. He says yes, I ordered my sandwiches on sliced whole wheat and he is making them on French bread. He had toremake them. No big deal. I grab my order and leave when I grabbed my bag I thought to myself it feels a little light for what Iordered which was 2 Turkey Tom?s with extra meat and fixings. I get to my destination to find out that there is no extra meat oneither sandwich. Of course they closed at 8pm so no one answered the phone and I do not live in the area. What a waste. Read more
I went there with a hundred dollar bill on a Saturday during my half hour lunch break. I waited in line for 20 minutes and... started to give them my order when one of the employees seen the hundred dollar bill in my hand and said "we don't have changefor that" my response was " you don't have 40 dollar's?" He said "no" which was a lie because they opened the drawer for theperson behind me and I could coalesce clearly see there was more than 40 dollars in the drawer. So I had to leave and go to 4different banks to get change by that time my lunch was over. Then I had to go back to Jimmy John's and pick up our food. When Ireturned there was 6 people in line so I waited then got our food. I was 20 minutes late returning to work. So 3 other peopleincluding myself didn't receive a lunch! That's absolute asinine!!!! Just got dinner at Jimmy Johns today around 4! The staff was very quick and professional! Made my sandwich just how I like it!... Even though I?ve very picky! Highly recommend this location! Usually been decent. Last visit, today, guaranteed I?ll be going to a different location. I asked for a roast beef plain.... Instead, I get one with everything. When I go to return it, the girl that took the order has a bit of an attitude, I don?t get a?whoops, sorry about that? or anything. She just walks away. Then clocks out and leaves! Doesn?t refund the difference betweenthe sandwich I got and what I was charged for. The big guy next to her, not sure if he?s a manager or what, is too busy sittingaround and generally doing nothing to pick up the slack. He runs half the refund in their system but I never get my changeback. With that level of ignorance and incompetence, I will not be going back there. These reviews are unfair. It took less than an hour for them to deliver that woman 15 sandwiches during their lunch rush. That... should be positive! What do you expect? 15 sandwiches in 5 minutes? please. Someone else is mad because they happen to not be intheir delivery zone...something they have no control over. If it's so close, drive yourself. My experience was fine. Thedelivery guy got a little lost, but he called me several times and was apologetic. The food was correct. Quick. He didn't actall weird when my dog jumped up to smell the food. It's a decent place. Stop leaving unfair reviews people. Read more
About the same as other Jimmy John's I've been to. Staff was a bit more friendly and attentive. Fans were set kind of high and... blew napkins around. Not a big deal. Just saying you'll need a paperweight. Read more
