This branch has got to be the best in terms of customer service. You can get same kind of stuff from any other branches, but the... crew has got to be the winning factor compared to others. This branch is tidy, orderly and the dining area is spacious it hasmany seats so you don't need to worry about seat. I'm actually very impressed with their service. Staffs are accommodating. Foodquality is good and service was quick. I received a freshly cooked quarter pounder with cheese and a 10 piece chicken nuggets.I?ve never had a negative experience here. Read more
This McDonald?s is a disgraceful excuse for a restaurant. They made mistakes and do not even try to atone from them. I literally... provided proof they overcharged me and gave me the wrong order and the ?manager? refused to accept that I was due a refund andwas dismissively rude and foul mannered. I wasn?t even going to be rude about it until she just blatantly tried to dismiss meand wouldn?t hear out my claim. What kind of manager behaves like this in front of her employees? She said I was wrong when myreceipt from the mobile order said a lower price than what I was charged for another persons order. I just moved into Elk Grove and this is unfortunately the closest McDonald?s. I?m a frequent customer of other franchises but... this is one that I will never come back to. A few days ago I was in drive thru and the employee gave me a cup with the lidpopped off, I would?ve taken the time to fix it before handing it off- It could?ve spilled in my car. Then I decided to try thediner since I prefer ordering on the kiosk?this has to be one of the filthiest and most unorganized McDonald?s I?ve been to.Employees are younger and need to be trained on customer service, the younger guys would put out bags and didn?t say the ordernumber or what was in there. I waited like 20 minutes for one item and was about to walk out but I hate asking for refunds.Maybe instead of having your employees goofing off and gossiping in the front have them sweep and wipe the tables and kiosksbecause everything looked nasty. I?ll just drive farther to go elsewhere! And I don?t usually leave reviews but this place needstips. Now in Spanish: Este lugar es el McDonalds mas cochino que eh visitado. As a truck driver I go all over the country to McDonald's everywhere. This is by far the worst. Terrible customer service. Lie... and say they cant take orders at the window loke I'm supposed to cram my bug truck and trailer through the drive through. Ifyou're gonna close early let the truckers order at the window like every other one does. Read more
