Enter at 8-8-10pm at Meachem locations. Busy day for the staff lots of order from drive thru. Waiting patiently for someone to... take my orders. No one acknowledged me for waiting nor we apologize for waiting . Finally someone came gave me a look when I askto place an order politely, interrupted said I will be with you in a second. Second turn to minutes . And still looking overhow swamp . Waiting 10 minutes more ,woman with glasses maybe manager took my order . No hello. No explanation just took myorder . I ask if they are short on people. Replied "yes " and walk away . Got the order since I waited for a long time . Excellent friendly service every time, they get my son's special order right every time, drinks aren't dripping with root beer... like some other locations and they even have a garbage can past the drive-thru (some others have done away with theirs.) Read more
I don't need to tell you about the food. It's fine. It's McDonald's. The problem is the price. McDonald's needs to remember... who they are. They're supposed to be cheap, fast, & convenient. There is no value anymore. For the prices they charge now Imay as well go somewhere better. Read more
I really do not appreciate when i get the wrong food. This is not the first time it happened. I specifically ordered a... quarter pounder with cheese no onions/ pickles and I got a Mcdouble. I even repeated my order and still yall got it wrong Read more
This place in particular is always on top their demand. Quality of food is always good, transactions are always fast and... convenient . And staff is always respectful and professional. Keep up the good work. Read more
Absolutely terrible customer service. I for one work as a barista where it gets a lot busier than this McDonalds, for those of... you wondering. Anyways, onto the point. Plenty of times will I go in to order, and they will often get it wrong. Currently itisn't as big as an issue as it once was, but something that needs to be addressed. Also these orders were made during the lessbusy hours. Just today in the drive through, I could not believe the disrespect I was getting from this Employee. I ordered twostrawberry-watermelon slushies. However, due to my previous experience of this McDonalds often getting my order wrong, when Isaw one slushy being held I thought they must've gotten my order wrong again. So I kindly ask where my other slushy is. Then theemployee proceeds to say in a very aggressive and demeaning tone "it is coming, how do you expect me to give you all of them atonce". I understand that giving two drinks out the drive thru window may be awkward, however, there is a cup holder that I amusually given to ease this. Today, I was not given the cup holder. (No biggie, two separate slushies is fine too). However, Idon't understand the challenge of at least showing both slushies to show that my order was ready instead of hiding it behind thedrive thru window. But what I find the most shocking is the attitude he showed the customer. I do not know what kind of day hehas been having or what he is going through, however, if you are going to work in the food industry -- especially if it comes toserving customers -- it is the employee's duty to respectfully take and give orders. No customer should have to go through thesame experience as I did. Because of this experience I will likely never come back to this McDonalds. It's a shame since thepeople working there are usually very nice. Today the man at the register was a very respectable gentlemen. I only hope thatthis place can improve from it's current state. In terms of looking for a job it pretty much deserves a 1. I applied for a job and they rescheduled me which I understand. The... day of the interview the interviewer came out with a marker and a piece of paper got some information I already filled out andshe could have read. Then, she proceeded to tell me she needs to "make this quick" because she had 5 other candidates this week.She didn't mention pay or anything. And then I never heard back from them. I called them twice only to realize they weren'tlooking for people available during the day..overall pretty bad management. For the food: it does the job. Solid 2 stars. Read more
I have never had a bad experience in the morning but as far as night the old woman with short grey hair is AWFUL. Very rude and... unhelpful. If you?re unhappy with your job lady.. get another one! This McDonald?s would be better off without you. Read more
